The service at Villa Basileia Riverside was delightful. During my one-night stay, I enjoyed meals at the attached restaurant, where the food and service were excellent. the location is fantastic, situated right in the center near parks and spas, and the scenic promenade along the Tepla River features beautiful architectural gems. the area offers thermal water intakes in a healthy and tranquil environment, surrounded by woods, hills, and rocks, along with a charming shopping street. We thoroughly enjoyed awesome breakfasts and pleasant views!
It was wonderful small and fairly clean hotel, exactly as described, with accommodating staff and magnificent location near the riverside. The idea to include a refrigerator and glassware in the king room was nice. We had a really great experience.

The hotel is located in a beautiful spot next to a river, surrounded by nature. It's only a short walk away from the bustling center of town with its shops and restaurants. The rooms were cozy and clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
The parking area could use more snow removal for safer parking, and the footpath in front of the hotel should be kept free of ice. it would have been helpful to have instructions for the coffee machine and WiFi login details in the room, as well as some local maps and information on restaurants and points of interest.

We used it as a base for our hiking and cycling adventures. The location was perfect, with beautiful scenery and trails right at our doorstep. We also had a blast at Zámecké Lázně and Karlovy Vary Golf and Racing Club, where we indulged in some thrilling activities. It was a fun-filled vacation with lots of outdoor fun!
The only thing we wished for was a better nightlife scene for young party-goers. While we enjoyed the outdoor activities during the day, we would've loved to have more options for evening entertainment.

I keep coming back to this place. The staff helped me find good places to eat. It's perfect for me with Wi-Fi, security, a restaurant, and laundry. Also, I can relax with a flat-screen TV and enjoy hiking, cycling, or playing golf. They even allow pets! No regrets. Coming back soon!

Had a wonderful Christmas break by the river with great food and comfortable accommodation. One of the best aspects was the beautiful view of the river and hills from the hotel room, which made for a captivating and magical Christmas experience. the dinner and breakfast options were exceptionally diverse and delicious, with lots of tantalizing flavors to choose from. the location was also perfect, with easy access to the town's major attractions and activities.
The hotel lacked adequate parking space, which made parking a bit stressful, and there was also some noise and disturbances from ongoing construction works in the hotel. the pillows were uncomfortable, and the room service was poor, with inadequate supplies of soap and shampoo left in the shower.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, but still within walking distance to the city center, making it a convenient spot to explore the city's attractions. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and welcoming, creating a comfortable, family-style environment. The restaurant stands out for its exceptional food and attentive service, providing a wonderful dining experience.
The parking situation at the hotel was a bit confusing, as we had to pay for parking outside and were not informed of this beforehand. some basic amenities like espresso during breakfast were not included in the price, which felt outdated given the current industry standards.
